Testing is an increasingly important step in the development and production of all products and intermediate products. This thesis presents the design and development of a device for automating the testing of gear pumps. The purpose of the test bench is to measure the operating parameters of the pump, such as pressure and flow, under different loads on the pump inlet and outlet.
The first part presents the requirements for creating a test bench and the selection of sensors and other elements. The second part presents the structure of the program, showing communication between loops and a description of the operation and management of the device via the user interface.
