Changes in the implementation of projects are inevitable, so it is important that organizations are able to implement them. Implementing change can be challenging and risky for an organization, but the key is to perceive it as an opportunity. Failure in management poses a significant risk that could result in the project's failure. Changes are considered a developmental necessity, therefore a company cannot survive in the long run without changes.
In the final assignment, we discuss the theoretical background of change management, while in the practical part, change management in the roof replacement project is shown more precisely. We presented the necessary tools for easier control and implementation of changes and concluded that the change management method of concurrent engineering is the most suitable for construction projects.
