PREDLOG IZBOLJŠAVE SKLADIŠČENJA ORODJA V PODJETJU MARMOR HOTAVLJE D.O.O.

Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na pet poglavij. V prvem opredelimo problem, namen, cilje ter strukturo naloge. V drugem poglavju so predstavljene teoretične osnove skladiščenja. Podrobneje pišemo o regalnem skladiščenju, skladiščenju posameznih kosov blaga in o označevanju izdelkov s črtnimi kodami. Podjetje predstavimo v tretjem poglavju, kjer opišemo njegovo organizacijsko strukturo, podrobneje prikažemo trenutno stanje organizacije skladišča in stanje artiklov, ki se skladiščijo. V četrtem poglavju podamo predlog izboljšave skladiščenja orodja, in sicer predlagamo implementacijo skladiščnega predala in horizontalnega vrtiljaka. Prikažemo izračun časovnih in finančnih prihrankov, ki so najboljši pokazatelj, ali je investicija ekonomsko upravičena. Na koncu sledita še zaključek s podanim in utemeljenim mnenjem ter literatura.

Izvleček

The diploma thesis consists of five chapters. The first one defines the main problem, discussed in the thesis, its aim, objectives, and the structure of the document. The second chapter comprehends the theoretic background of storage. Rack storage, storage of individual articles and barcoding articles are explained in more detail. The company Marmor Hotavlje d.o.o. is presented in the third chapter. We write about its organisational structure, the current situation on the storage organisation and the condition of articles that are kept in the storage. The fourth chapter focuses on the solution with which the tool storage could be improved. Implementation of a horizontal carousel spinning storage is suggested. Furthermore, calculations of saving time and finances are presented to economically justify the investment. The last part of the diploma thesis consists of the conclusion and bibliography.
