In the thesis, I define the concept of comics and present the elements of this medium. I present a theory of time in comics and, based on film theory, explore different aspects of time in comics. In what follows, I draw parallels between the theory of space in film and space in comics. In the chapter on comic book adaptation, I present additional aspects of comic book production and the capabilities of this medium. With the professional literature, I define the concept of humor, present theories of humor and its role, and how it is expressed in visual language. In the chapter Comic adaptation of Tantantadruj, I present the author of the literary work and the work itself. I continue with the presentation of the process of making a comic strip. I present the design and implementation of the adaptation. Through artistic analysis, I present the artistic design of the work in more detail.
