This Ba thesis discusses Alija Kučukalić's student work. A full body plaster cast statue of a nude woman that has been stored by the Academy of fine arts in Ljubljana. I begin by explaining the basic characteristics of plaster and the technique of casting a cast sculpture that has been in practice at the time of creation. I continue with a detailed documentation of the statues condition and noting all the damage with photo documentation and graphic documentation for easier reading damages on the statue. Plaster is a very delicate and difficult material for restoring. Therefore, following the contemporary method and literature on restoring plaster casts I list a few possible ways of restoring the statue. In preparation of the restoration plan I considered the statutes specific needs and suggest the methods and materials needed.
