The starting point of the master's thesis Design of a women collection Sirena is the rich
underwater world of the oceans, the story of the Titanic, and my curiosity about
knowing the handicrafts of traditional crafts. Hand techniques are often used in the
form of details in high fashion and also in street fashion. Street fashion dictates
everyday clothing which is different from high fashion. However, they always inspire
each other.
In nature, we encounter a combination of colors that constantly change under the
influence of light. For our eyes, therefore, the external image of life can only be a series
of current observations. In the design process, I want to revive and mark my
observations by using handwork in the combination with state-of-the-art technology.
The goal of designing the Mermaid collection for spring/summer 2022 is modern street
fashion with an emphasis on uniqueness achieved through manual work in the process
of creating the collection.
