(Artistic) creativity enriches life (Vrlič, 2001) of children and adults. In the theoretical part of the paper, titled Viewpoints of Kindergarten Teachers and Parents on Artistic Creativity of Children in Kindergarten, I presented theories of different authors on artistic creativity, artistic activities as presented in the Kindergarten Curriculum and the Child in the Kindergarten manual as well as the role of kindergarten teachers and parents in children's artistic activities. I also presented harmful behaviour of kindergarten teachers and parents and tried to determine whether it occurs in practice as well. In the empirical part, I conducted a survey to study how viewpoints and opinions of kindergarten teachers and parents in Slovenia affect the implementation of artistic activities of children in the kindergarten. The results of the research determined a negative impact of kindergarten teachers' viewpoints and a positive impact of parents' viewpoints, which are perceived by kindergarten teachers as negative.
