The internet provides a large amount of information regarding exercises, workouts, diets and supplements for different sports. There are many views on these subjects that are complete opposites. This makes it hard for a person to find an effective routine to achieve his goals. Because of our high pace of life, many of us cannot find time and eventually quit, while others hire a personal trainer. Searching for a personal trainer that is available at required times is also a hard task. Within the diploma thesis, we solved these problems by designing and developing a mobile application, that inspires people to be active, provides a large database of exercises and workouts, enables them to track their progress, communicate with trainers and get involved in groups and their workouts. Part of this application's users are certified personal trainers, which help other users by editing their workouts and giving personalized counseling for fast improvement.
