Organisations are placing more and more emphasis on employees’ satisfaction. Satisfied employees contribute to a more successful and efficient organisation. The supply and involvement of secondary school and university students in student work have increased in recent years. The purpose of the diploma thesis was to determine satisfaction of secondary school and university students in performing student work.
We analysed the main causes of (dis)satisfaction in students who perform student work and made suggestions for increasing satisfaction in organisations. Satisfied students do their job more efficiently and successfully. Employers must motivate, encourage and reward their employees accordingly. It is important that organisations constantly monitor and analyse employees’ satisfaction, including secondary school and university students.
The results of the survey show that secondary school and university students are satisfied in organisations where they perform their student work. Employers offer them all the conditions (payment, working hours, work conditions …) to perform their work conscientiously, efficiently and reliably.
