The purpose of this master's thesis was to determine the adequacy of frequency and types of physical activities, eating habits, and received information during pregnancy. We focused on the key changes between physical activity and eating habits before and during pregnancy. Based on the results, we presented shortcomings and made suggestions for improvement. We collected the data using a survey that we created. The sample included 81 women from Slovenia. Data were processed in MS Excel and IBM SPSS (SPSS Inc., Armonk, New York, USA). We found that women are adequately physically active during pregnancy and that the characteristics of physical activity before pregnancy differ from the characteristics of physical activity during pregnancy. Pregnant women's eating habits do not change compared to their eating habits before pregnancy. We concluded that the diet most pregnant women follow is not under guidelines. Women are also not well informed about the recommended physical activity and diet during pregnancy and do not know how to follow the instructions.
