The main issue of both theoretical and practical parts of my thesis, is the loss of cultural identity through globalization. The main object in the realization of my work are masks, as accessorys of mystery and secret cults, which hide, intimidate, duplicate, separate and connect. They are not a means of conveying the visible, but of what cannot be seen. Metaphorically, they represent a return to primitive, that is, our lost original expression and desire to create. With globalization as today's prevailing trend, which simultaneously connects and destroys cultures, comes the alienation and isolation of man - the symbolic bearer of the psychosis of technological civilization.
