Business communication is an important part of the organization's business operations, which includes the transfer of information between management and employees as well as communication between management, employees, external partners and customers. We need to know the types and forms of communication and their advantages and disadvantages so that we can adapt them to the circumstances and the way we work.
In the thesis we studied business communication within the selected organization and with clients. For this purpose, the survey was conducted among employees of Petrol d. d.
The results of the research show that information at the workplace is especially important, as it enables quality work. Communication tools are very helpful in business communication. The company also offers training in the field of communication and the possibility of presenting proposals for improving the work process.
We must also be aware of communication problems and solve them in a timely manner. We suggest conducting workshops in which employees would solve problems in order to achieve the set goals faster and more successfully. We also recommend the implementation of "team building".
