This thesis tries to touch upon a concept of emptiness as a space that cannot be emptied ? a source of infinite potential. A space that yawns and pushes me to establish myself over and over again and that is far from being empty as speaks its name. Mainly, I percieve it as a painting space from where all the paintings are born, and in them the emptiness opens. A space that has its own rules, its own lines of force, and that after all it may not even exist, but is only a mask hiding something behind it. Painting having an incredible ability to mediate invisible worlds reveals to me here as a medium that does very well for itself in this discourse.
