The final thesis presents the design and construction of a steel supporting structure of a work hall for a company in the expansion phase. This includes the presented components with a defined joining method and the appropriate stress analysis. In the accordance with the requirements and standards, we determined the guideliness and boundary conditions, which were the basis for making decisions during construction. The plotted construction was evaluated in a computer program on a set of critical load cases and it was found that the choice of components was appropriate.
