In this bachelor thesis we would like to develop a smart game for children to motivate them to exercise more and use mobile phones less. First, we review similar applications and games, which already exist on the market, which are used to encourage more physical activity in children and limit their usage of smart phones. We describe the advantages and disadvantages of these applications. Next, we describe the implementation and the technology that we used for the development of our application.
Our implementation is divided into two parts, the first part is intended for parents, and the second for children. Each part is described in detail. We also describe in detail the implementation of the connections and communications between the two application parts. We used Firebase for both of these functionalities. We also describe the main graphical user interfaces for both applications and services which are running in the background for tasks that need to run constantly in the background.
