In this master's thesis, work we will be making analysis and projects for load–bearing structure bussines building with 5 floors in Zagreb, main capital of Croatia. Load-bearing structure is constructed like reinforced concrete spatial mixed system of frames and walls. At first, we are calculating analysis on reinforced concrete structures between slabs. Situable indiactive spatial model is constructed in SAP 2000. In analysis for dead load and dead weight, we are considering relevant live load on reinforced concrete slab. In ultimate limit, state we are constructing design of the slab and we are checking deflection of the slab. Our next step is to upgrade the model of the slab with model of the load bearing structure for the whole building which we are using for control vertical bearing constructive elements. The model is constructed in ETABS. By making project, we are giving bigger focus on earthquake analysis and designing the maximum load wall in earthquake projected loads. Because of the big earthquake forces and low forces in walls in design of the building, we need incredible quantity of steel for 5 floor building in this design which makes this building high-cost. Our goal as designers is to stop torsion bending. For analysed constructive elements, we have to draw steel reinforcement mesh draft in ALLPLAN.
