The purpose of the diploma thesis was to research and demonstrate how to start designing a corporate identity for NTK Arrigoni Izola. With the new visual image, we wanted to make the club more recognizable.
The thesis is divided into theoretical and experimental part and results. The theoretical part deals with the concept of corporate identity, visual elements and graphic elements. It also covers in-depth consideration of graphic elements of corporate identity, especially typography and logos. We learned how to divide typography and what types of logos we distinguish. Based on these findings, we have designed two types of logos for the Table Tennis Club and defined the typography. With the help of these elements, we created a new visual image for the club that looks fresher, modern and attractive.
The experimental part shows the process of creating a corporate identity image of the sports club NTK Arrigoni Izola, and the final products with an explanation. The finished product is designed in a playful and attractive way. It is designed for children as well as adults. The corporate identity is built mostly for promotional materials. The posters are designed in different colors and graphics that represent table tennis. When looking at the promotional material, the viewer can identify what sport it is about. The NTK Arrigoni corporate identity guide also contains guidelines on how to use the different elements, making the process of designing new products easier.
The entire visual image was created using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch and Figma.
