In this work, I present the experimentally obtained values of the density and viscosity of binary mixtures of ethanol and 1-propanol at different molar fractions of ethanol in 1-propanol (xethanol = 0.0; 0.2; 0.4; 0.5; 0.6; 0.8 and 1.0) and at temperatures of 5 °C to 55 °C, with a distance of 10 °C. From these empirical values, excess volume and viscosity deviation are then calculated. The experimental data of these mixtures is important both from the theoretical, as it makes it easier to explain the behavior of real mixtures of ethanol and 1-propanol, as well as the practical aspect, since they are widely used as solvents in various industries.
