In this diploma we are talking about the development of the new mechanical pump. In order to develop the new pump we have to plan, organize, lead and control. The main goal of the project is the finished product. There are many different ways of how this can be achieved. The way that we achieved the development of the new pump depended on the current state and capability of our company. The project encompassed the entire procedure, first there was an idea, then the planning and developing of the prototype, the whole series and at last the control. We introduced a series of precautionary sanctions, which are used to reduce the risks. The risks that are connected with the production were given further attention. We started carrying out short meetings, internally educating the workers about the production of the new products, we also added intermediate control. The emphasis in the development of the pump was on the base of the pump and on the subsidiary handle. That’s because the pump for the CV2 automobile with the subsidiary handle isn’t on the market yet. The control was also highly important in the production of the product. The pumps were tested in different conditions, with different components. The most important was the spring of the plate because of the right pressure and the flow of the pump.
