Judicial education is the basis for the effective functioning of the judicial authorities. It is always necessary to keep up with the changes and novelties and to prepare and respond to them. An uninterrupted cycle of training and education is important for the proper performance of tasks. The success of the educational events depends on the satisfaction of the participants who, at the end of their education, provide an assessment of the performance as well as give opinions and suggestions for future education. In Bachelor's thesis, the methodological approaches to summarize the essential definitions, facts and lessons associated with training and education in the judiciary and in everyday life were used. The composition, purpose and evaluation of the questionnaire were summarized. The study covers a qualitative analysis made on the basis of analyzes of conducted educational events organized in 2017 by the Ministry of Justice, the Judicial Training Centre, responsible for conducting training in the judiciary. The study confirmed satisfaction with the use of IT and training in legal terminology, with the participants most satisfied with the implementation of training in the form of a workshop. Clouds of words present the impact of stress as a factor that is not often exposed as the problem faced by trainees in continuing judiciary education. The repetition of training courses and their upgrading in the field of legal terminology were expressed.
