The thesis deals with a user-friendly travel planning from the point of view of an application that brings the traveller closer to the local experience of space.
The research is based on the analysis of social media and their role in tourism at all stages of planning, and on the questions whether the authenticity in the today's travel style is still possible and what is becoming an increasing problem of mass tourism. With a visual design and thematic solution, I want to present an application that would be aimed at bringing the travellers closer to the local activities, events, would connect them with local people and thus bring them closer to a more authentic experience of space and environment. In the second part of the thesis the process of creating a visual image of the application is carried out.
