The manipulation of products with the robot is a very common phenomenon in the automotive industry. Robotization is complying with the requirements for reducing number of inadequate products, which are the result of the manipulation of the worker who serves the machine.
In the introductory part of the there are presented robots in general and some solutions in manipulation. Described is the current workplace, in a company, presented are the objectives of the task.
In the next section are described the tools used during the implementation of the task. Mentioned are software tools and mechanical tools.
The third chapter is devoted to the planning of product manipulation. Explained is organization and set up a test workplace, the solution and design of the fingers that grap products from the storage table. In sequence is also presented the economics of job robotization.
In the fourth, last chapter, are presented the results obtained during experimention. Various manipulation times are compared with the existing human based results that are currently achieved in production.
