The diploma thesis deals with the analyses of land prices at different development stages in the Zasavska statistical region. The basic concepts of the real estate market are present, as well as factors which affect value of the real estate. Based on collected data of advertised and selling land prices, a statistical analysis was made for land prices at different development stages, as well as a comparison between advertised and selling land prices across the Zasavska statistical region and all three local communities (Hrastnik, Trbovlje and Zagorje ob Savi). Due to lack of data on land prices, the market value of land at various development stages was assessed using the land development method. The results of the analysis have not shown a hierarchical increase of land prices at different development stages in the Zasavska statistical region due to lack of data.
